• Payment methods
  – Bank transfer (5% discount on total amount);
  – Paypal (4% fee charged on total amount);
  – Cash on delivery (only available in Italy with a surcharge of €5).

• Shipping and delivery time
  Shipping costs are based on the total weight and the destination of the products ordered.
  We use SDA Express Courier to dispatch in Italy and TNT Global Express for the rest of the world.
  Delivery times vary from 5 to 10 days (after receiving the payment) excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

• Damaged goods and complaints
  We always recommend our customers to immediately check the package condition.
  If the goods have been damaged during transport, please reject the package and report what happened to us, and we will provide you with immediate reinstatement.
  No complaints will be accepted after 10 working days have passed since the date of the goods’ delivery.

• Right of withdrawal
  As provided by the Italian legislative decree 185/1999, the “end user” customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract.
  The consumer intending to use this right must notify us of the actual non-correspondence between the purchased item and the received one within 10 working days from the date of the goods’ delivery.
