In collaboration with a fantastic laboratory/pastry shop in the province of Reggio Emilia, we have combined the delicacy and softness of the artisan panettone with our balsamic cream to create a unique sweet treat that allows you to taste the best of Italian traditions. Notes of butter and vanilla blend perfectly with the sweet and sour taste typical of the best balsamic vinegar. Try it filled with Fiordilatte ice cream or pastry cream.

Ingredients:
Wheat flour type O, water, sugar, butter, egg yolk, natural yeast, salt, skimmed milk powder, flavors. Filling with 12% balsamic cream (concentrated grape must, wine vinegar (SULPHITES), caramel color E150D, modified starch)
